Course Description Entry
Parents
Details
A short course of typically weekly workshops that teaches parents and carers how to give simple reflexology to their children. This is the foundation of the programme, easily accessible to everyone, with courses running all the time in a large number of locations. There are special courses for children with additional needs.

Our instructors run a variety of workshop courses for parents of different ages of children as well as taster sessions and special antenatal courses for pregnant mums so they can prepare to give reflexology to their newborns. You will learn how and when to give simple reflexology and how beneficial it can be for you and your child. The workshops use a variety of techniques to make reflexology fun, engaging and easy to remember for parents and children alike. The courses typically include a copy of one of the lovely hard-back illustrated children's books that accompany the programme and a set of high quality materials to help you remember what you have learned.
