I trained to become a Children's Reflexology Programme instructor in October 2015 towards the end of my maternity leave with my 3rd child. Looking for a career change that fitted with my growing family I am pursuing my ever growing passion for reflexology and how such simple non invasive techniques can relieve so many ailments.  

All 3 of my children (and my husband!) love the special time we spend together relaxing on the sheepskin rug, with lavender massage oil, singing the songs and reading the beautiful story that goes along with the programme. 

I'm really looking forward to sharing such an amazingly, beautiful and well crafted programme with other Mums, Dads, Aunties and Grand parents in the coming months, to help them gain the confidence to soothe their children during restless nights or times of stress and illness.
