My name is RoseAnna Gallop and I am extremely proud to be offering The Children’s Reflexology Programme and Additional Needs to help empower parents in Northern Ireland.

The Children’s Reflexology Programme is a fun and interactive course for parents to learn first-hand how to apply the power of reflexology to their babies and children.

I qualified in holistic therapies in 2013, including aromatherapy and reflexology and have my own business, Essentially You, providing treatments in the Co. Antrim and Belfast area. I see the wonderful benefits of reflexology and the feeling of well being and relaxation it brings and I am particularly interested in how these therapies in conjunction with the techniques developed specifically for this programme can support parents in the early years of childhood. I also work as a classroom assistant in a primary school and that is why I am very keen to share my knowledge of reflexology with parents of young children.

I am also qualified to teach parents of children with additional needs.

The Children's Reflexology Programme for Additional Needs – TCRPAN

This course is specifically for parents of children with additional needs, from depression and anxiety to severe and complex physical or neurological conditions.

The course aims to empower parents to be able to help their children, whatever their age, through reflexology but also offers children the opportunity for self empowerment by giving them strategies that they can use at any time throughout their day.

I am based in the Antrim area and am happy to undertake a course in various locations. I can offer classes in my house, your own home or in a group setting with mums, dads, grandparents or carers, as a one to one class or a group in a relaxed, learning environment, where we get to have a chat afterwards with refreshments. Of course your baby or child will enjoy these sessions too.

This course can have a powerful effect upon families, bringing them together in new ways and creating close connections both at home and within their communities.
