Welcome! My name is Rebecca (Bex) I am a mother of two and a Services wife; I am passionate about natural healing methods and naturopathy and making them accesible to everyone who needs help in their healing journeys.

My aim as a therapist is to provide an excellent standard of holistic therapy to my client. I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and a trained children's reflexologist and instructor providing classes to empower and encourage parents and carers to use reflexology at home.
