About  Me

After 35 years in the corporate world, as a Development Director in social housing, I took a leap of faith to follow my passion for healing, establishing Glorious One, a complementary therapy business.

I took a keen interest in energy healing and wellbeing following the death of a dear friend. This started my journey to become a therapist, qualifying as a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Quantum Breathwork Practitioner, Indian Head Masseuse, and Baby Massage Practitioner.

With the birth of my grandchild, I became more passionate about nurturing the well-being of children and families. I have had the privilege of in-person training with Susan Quayle, founder of The Children's Reflexology Programme. The Children's Reflexology Programme is a fabulous way to share my experience as an Instructor, teaching parents and carers techniques to help them improve their children’s well-being and build closer relationships with them.

I find working with children a delight that brings so much joy. Not only does the magic of children's reflexology bring lots of smiles and happy feet,  it can also provide a fulfilling emotional bond between parent, carer, and child.

 I advocate spending pure quality time with children. Children are like fledglings that grow up quickly and fly away. Giving a nurturing hand to support their life journey has an immeasurable value.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with family, stomp the hills around Yorkshire, coastal walk on Northumbrian beaches, or scour crystal shops.
