I am very excited to have joined the Kids Reflex family and be one of the first instructors in South Wales. I have had an interest in reflexology for over 20 years after receiving treatment and am a trainee reflexologist. I run Infant Massage and Sensory Play classes locally so The Children's Reflexology Programme is a natural extension that further promotes wellbeing for children and the family. I have also trained in kids yoga, the Massage in Schools Programme, The Story Massage Programme, The IMPACT Wellbeing Programme for teens and adults and offer Relaxation classes for all.

I offer The Children's Reflexology Programme for babies, crawlers, pre-schoolers, children and teens as well as The Additional Needs Programme for All and Antenatal Classes.
