Hi I’m Fiona and I am a qualified reflexologist, facial reflexologist and a qualified instructor of the kids reflex programme. Having spent 23 years away from family in the Royal Navy and having to put my family second and my beautiful daughter I realised I wanted to make a positive difference to not only my own family but to others. The stresses and strains of daily life whether your 5 or 50 are significant now but by adding reflexology into your daily life can make a really positive difference in leading a happy and love filled life... it definately did to mine so that’s why I want to share my skills with you and see if I can transform yours.
