Hi 

I'm Birdie, a 28 year old nanny who loves life. 

I spend the majority of my life looking after a tribe of tiny humans, whether this be Nanning, baby sitting or hanging out with friends children. I get to see the good, the bad and the ugly on a daily basis. 

After a few (hundred) trips to the chiropractor, and taking up yoga I began to look at the science behind our amazing bodies, and ways which we can help ourselves with everyday ailments . 

I wanted to be that person who could help change peoples lives, like others have done for me which Is why I choose to train in as a instructor , I want to help you learn techniques to soothe , calm and bond with your baby. 

At present I am running courses in Bournemouth and Poole, my courses vary in length and time and include ;
